France 24 spoke to Devendra Tak, Save the Children’s Head of Media & Communication on the destruction caused by Cyclone Amphan and the ensuing challenges. Mr Tak elaborates on the adversities involved in mounting a response owing to the ongoing Coronavirus situation and the tough terrain in the Sunderbans delta area of West Bengal. He calls for Government and relief organizations to adopt innovative approaches to tackle the situation.
