Education to Empowerment-Pillars of Learning
The project focuses on improving learning outcomes across rural schools in 59 panchayats located in Adilabad and Nagarkurnool districts. Initiatives include establishment of knowledge hubs for teachers, establishment of School Management Committee Federation at district level, mainstreaming reading buddies in schools, promoting quality learning environment (QLE) in government schools, capacity building of SMC on School Development Plans and establish mother’s committees to improve anganwadi functioning. The initiative is supported by BVLGARI, Italy.
Improving Access to WASH in Government Schools
The project works to bring positive changes in hygiene behavior/sanitation through awareness on issues related to personal health and hygiene among children in 72 schools of Adilabad and Rangareddy districts. The project also entails strengthening the WASH facilities in the project schools.

Prevention, Protection and Promoting the Rights of Children
The project promotes a child centered community development approach towards strengthening child protection systems through community-based mechanisms amongst internally displaced families in Bhupalpally district. This include building the capacity of parents, communities and professionals to provide protection; developing children’s resilience and their capacity to participate in their own protection; advocacy to strengthen legal frameworks and provide access to basic and specialist services. The project is supported by the European Instrument for Democracy and Human Rights (EIDHR).
