Shocking new statistics by the NGO Save The Children throw up some very disturbing facts. One out of every two children in India is malnourished, more than eight million live in slums and more than half of street children have been sexually abused. Even the child sex ratio figures are alarming with the number girls in urban India continuing to decline.
