Our Champions Get Recognition at the District and State Level

Three of our Child Champions Priyanka, Ramghani, and Pooja along with Bal Raksha Bharat’s Team Member Jasvinder Kaur were felicitated by the district and state authorities. Priyanka and Ramghani got Special Awards from District Collector, Tonk on Republic Day for their contribution in stopping Child Marriages and enrolling drop out girls to schools.
State level Beti Shrashti Ratan Puruskaar was also given to Priyanka and Ramghani along with Pooja for their achievements in games. Marriage No Child’s Play District Coordinator Jasvinder Kaur also received Beti Shrashti Ratan Puruskaar for training adolescents on health issues and developing IEC material. This award is given by Kurajaan Team every year to those females who have contributed to the society and are role models for others.
This year 26 females were selected at State level and it’s a great achievement for us to share that among these were four of our Champions. MLA Sojat Saubha Chauhan, R K Jain, Vice President, Adani Group, KK Tank, Chairperson Corporate Bank gave the awards to the Champions.
