All of Save the Children’s Programmes, Initiatives, and Activities are funded through Donations
Celebrated every year from October 2 to 8, #DaanUtsav is India’s biggest festival of giving during which people come together and perform acts of kindness by giving their time, material or money to any cause(s) of their choice. Daan Utsav is a celebration to give all people hope, happiness, and faith that the world is not a bad place after all. That there are people who will always be there to help each other and support one another. We want to celebrate YOU too, as you have selflessly helped underprivileged children in need and it truly matters. Thank you for everything that you have done for children.
As per the Indian Income Tax Department’s rules, a donor is required to add their address and PAN number in case they wish to receive the 80G tax-exemption certificate
HOW WILL YOUR DONATION HELP CHILDREN?
We have been working towards supporting the most underprivileged children and communities. However, there is a lot of need out there like food, medical support and resources to help children continue learning and these problems need to be addressed. Underprivileged children and families are living on the fringes. With you by their side, they can overcome the setbacks and carve a new path for a better future. Any amount donated by you will be utilised by Save the Children to strategize and execute on-ground projects to benefit the most disadvantaged children of India. Your donations ensure that children receive the immediate help they require.
Save the Children believes that every child deserves the best chance for a bright future and that is why we are committed to ensuring that children not only survive but also thrive. We run programmes in the remotest corners of India and urban areas to provide quality education and healthcare, protection from harm, abuse, and life-saving aid during emergencies to children. Globally, Save the Children is present in more than 80 countries and works to improve the lives of the most vulnerable children living there. Save the Children is considered as one of the most trustworthy charities.
