Delivery Process

  • For the partnership to be successful, synergies and mutual objectives at established at the very beginning. Our delivery process is initiated by contractual agreement on objectives, resources and key performance indicators.

  • The project plan outlines key focus areas, including financial information, budget allocation and committed deliverables. To establish transparency, periodic progress updates, project visits and reviews are shared.

  • Assessment of performance through agreed reporting mechanisms which track deliverables and checks utilization of finances ensures credibility and success of your CSR interventions.

Our internal auditor is S C Vasudeva & Co., Over the last 3 decades, the firm has carved a niche for itself in India’s audit and consulting sector and is reckoned as an Indian firm with a global advantage. S C Vasudeva & Co. conducts audits of the Grant Management System and process covering sample donors. E&Y also looks into other aspects like review of agreements, debtors, creditors, statutory compliances, Risk Management, etc.

Our external statutory auditor is Deloitte, also a part of the “big four” global auditing firms. Deloitte is globally acknowledged for its proficiency in the field of accounting solutions. Deloitte conducts our Statutory Audits and FCRA Audits, apart from looking into our ICR certification.

Remarkable partnerships

  • Partnership initiated in: 1994

  • Child Rights for Change programme to abolish child labour in major cotton producing states in India.

  • Launched the campaign in Gujarat and Maharashtra; current programming in Punjab, Haryana and Rajasthan

  • Together with us, IKEA Helped abolish child labour across 1,882 cotton fields in 883 villages and rehabilitate half a million children back to school

  • Current funding INR 500 million for 3 years

  • Partnership initiated in: 2012

  • Mondelez dedicated a programme- ‘Call for Wellbeing – India’, aimed at promoting healthy lifestyles through nutrition, education, active play and growing fresh foods. The initiatives in Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Madhya Pradesh and Himachal Pradesh.

Save the Children is India’s leading independent NGO and child rights organization. As of 2015, it works in 18 states in India. Started in 2008 in India, and registered as ‘Bal Raksha Bharat’, Save the Children has since changed lives of more than 6.1 million. In 2015, we reached 13.47 lac children and 1.39 lac children & adults during emergencies such as natural disaster or humanitarian crisis.
