Job Description

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing on various social channels , including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our presence by way of running paid campaign
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Copywriting to power the digital content and conversations
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Budgeting and Performance Monitoring:

  • Ensure monitoring of the performance amidst competing brand and meeting brand KPIs.
  • Develop monthly reviews and reports for function on key performance indicators.


  • 7-10 years of digital marketing experience
  • Fluent oral communication skills
  • Good written communication skills
  • Proven experience in various aspects of digital marketing such as SEO, Google Ads, Email marketing, Content marketing, inbound methodologies etc.
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Good technical knowledge of web development and technical SEO
  • Good knowledge and experience on Google Analytics
  • Extensive knowledge of Google ads and Google Analytics
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Google knowledge on Google Tag Manager
  • Advanced Excel skills
