Job Description

Brand & Engagement design and communication implementation:

  • Support in enabling the Brand and Engagement development with peers and cross functional stake holders
  • Operationalizing of the Brand ideas and creatives to align teams to execute the brand outreach and engagement
  • Work closely with cross functional teams in taking inputs of what’s happening on ground and develop content /brief the agencies
  • Support teams on branding concepts and execution of same by training and guiding teams on tone, purpose, and personality of the brand.
  • Building brand deck, guidelines, adoption initiatives to drive consistency of expression through the organization, guiding visual identity and narrative to ensure all content is on brand.
  • Competition communication scan to keep the team updated on the latest developments in the market
  • Create, maintain, and conduct reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development

Leveraging Brand for campaigns and advocacy :

  • Support in developing relevant creative concepts that help position brand and deliver success on campaigns and fund-raising actions.
  • Support in driving incremental awareness, engagement, and action collectively for the campaigns and fundraising agenda.
  • Co-ordinate, liaison and manage external agencies and vendors for integrated brand, campaign and fundraising communication and to make guides for all verticals and zones on the
  • integration of the brand in all content & communication
  • Ideate on new-age media outreach channels and bring it to reality for better donor reach and conversion
    • External communication:

    • Develop external comms calendar for the organization
    • Support in driving brand and organizational communication agenda via creative knowhow and assets suitable to drive these agendas in the ever-evolving landscape.
    • Support the internal teams to ensure that social media and other digital communication assets are ever growing, engaging, responsive and furthers brand vision.
    • Ability to drive brand, engagement and organizational communication agenda via off-line activations as required with support of cross functional teams.
    • Regular testing of assets created for impact and engagement
    • Will be responsible for the whole donor/ supporter insight to create impactful communication material for better engagement
      Budgeting and performance monitoring:
    • Ensure monitoring of the performance amidst competing brand and meeting brand KPIs.
    • Develop monthly reviews and reports for function on key performance indicators.


    • 7-10 years of developing creative and innovative marketing campaigns
    • Experience in brand management, advertising, brand planning, or consumer insights with a focus on creative execution.
    • Experience in writing creative and concepts for new products, liaison with the agencies for timely execution of tasks
    • Candidate will also have proven and successful relationship building skills, having an ability to leverage partnerships.
