Chief Executive Officer

Bidisha has over 15 years of experience as a development communications and policy specialist working on a range of social issues which include child rights, women’s empowerment, food and nutrition security, drugs and HIV prevention and Information and Communications Technologies (ICTs) for development. She started her career in the Banking and Financial sector and moved on to the development world working with organizations such as CRY, Cathedral Relief Service, One World South Asia, United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and Department for International Development (DFID), Government of UK among others. Prior to joining Save the Children, Bidisha was working as the Head of Strategy and Communications at DFID India where she developed and led a successful policy communications and stakeholder engagement strategy. Bidisha has a Masters in Sociology and her areas of interest include music, theatre and travelling.

Vishal Chowla
Chief Operating Officer

Vishal brings with him over 24 years of diverse and rich corporate experience in the domains of Sales & Marketing, General Management and Operations. Starting his career with PepsiCo, he went on to work with companies such as Coca-Cola India as Area General Manager, Subhiksha Trade Services as Senior Vice President and Wal-Mart India Limited as Vice-President, Stores Planning and Director of Operations. His recently concluded assignment was with Xecute HR Solutions as a partner and Chief Executive Officer. Vishal has a proven track record of driving business performance, P&L delivery, business strategy, brand building and marketing, green-field projects and startups. He has built and led diverse management teams across multiple geographies and cultures. Vishal has a post graduate degree in Business Management from XLRI. His hobbies include playing golf and listening to music.

Subhashish comes with 23 years of robust experience in the areas of Accountancy, Auditing, Inventory Management, Credit Management, Direct and Indirect Taxation, Company Secretarial and Legal matters. He has worked with organisations such as Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL), Tata Steel Limited, Reliance Communications Limited, Nalco Water India Limited, Jamshedpur Continuous Annealing and Processing Co. Pvt. Ltd. and Legasis Services Pvt. Ltd. He has rich expertise in conceptualising and implementing new-age compliance, auditing, taxation and accounting solutions which have helped improve operational efficiency and achieve higher cost-saving. Subhashish was most recently associated with Spark Advisors and Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. where he co-founded a digital billing software meant for shopkeepers, traders, cloth merchants, grocery owners and other small-time businessmen. The idea was shortlisted by the screening committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for pitching to investors and recognised by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry under the Startup India programme. Subhashish is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary.
